8/8/2018—The Breckinridge County Grand Jury met Wednesday and returned ten indictments.
Ashley R. Hornback, 35, Hudson, was indicted for theft of identity of another without consent; and giving an officer false identifying information.
Micah W. Smith, 36, Hudson, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence and 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense.
Taran L. Armes, 23, Hardinsburg, was indicted on a charge of theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000.
Miranda L. Trimble, 36, Irvington, was indicted for 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.
The Grand Jury indicted Christopher S. Brady, 39, Louisville, for 3rd degree burglary; 2nd degree assault; 2nd degree criminal mischief; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.
David A. Dowell, 32, Irvington, was indicted on seven counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; two counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun; cultivation of marijuana-five or more plants; trafficking in marijuana/enhanced; possession of marijuana/enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia/enhanced; defacing a firearm; 2nd degree fleeing/evading police; and being a 1st degree persistent felony offender.
Jeremy J. Goff, 39, Louisville, was indicted on charges of 2nd degree burglary; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Benjamine F. Davis, 33, Irvington, was indicted for tampering with physical evidence; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense/enhanced; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(oxycodone), 1st offense/enhanced; possession of marijuana/enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia/enhanced; and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
Angela P. Steffan, 43, Louisville, was indicted for 1st degree burglary; 2nd degree burglary; 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and menacing.
Kimberly D. Armes, 29, Irvington, was indicted on charges of 1st degree possession of a controlled substance(meth), 1st offense; operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license; failure to produce an insurance card; failure to maintain insurance, 1st offense; no Kentucky registration; no registration plates; failure to wear seat belts; and no brake lights.
